We process all of your orders as quickly as possible. However, the delivery time depends on several factors, such as your selected payment method, the availability of the products and the type of delivery.
As a general rule:Delivery period = parcel transit time + order preparation time
Parcel transit time:
The transit time for your delivery is the time period required by the courier service to send your delivery. This varies depending on the courier service and the country the parcel is being delivered to.
Order preparation time:
Please also take note of the delivery information on the product detail pages: "Ready for Shipment: 4-5 working days" doesn’t mean that the parcel will be sent within the next 4-5 days. It means that we need 4-5 working days to prepare your order for shipment. This is because some products must be re-ordered from the producers, for example. The order can only be dispatched once this process is finished. That’s why you need to add this time to the relevant parcel transit time!
Please also remember that prepayments can take 4-5 days before the money reaches our bank account. This depends on the banks and their transfer methods. If you choose a different payment method, we can process your order more quickly.
We do not have any influence over the exact time of the arrival of your delivery!
RIGHT TO RETURN
You have a 14 day right to return period on all orders.
Should the product not meet your requirements then you can use your right to return or exchange – this means simply send the product back in unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please use the returns form provided.
Exchange - Possibilities
• Replacement of the article with others products of our online shop
• Refund of the money – please make sure that you have specified the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT numbers of your bank account on the return form.
• Credit at AMERFOOT SHOP for your next purchase

Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage.
We recommend you, to inform yourself about the delivery costs at the post office and different delivery services first. So you can find the best and cheapest delivery service for your return.
Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. The delivery costs will be refunded to you should we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery, or the product is faulty.
If you would not like an exchange, but rather a return of the paid amount, please make sure that you have specified the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT numbers of your bank account on the returns form. If you do not know these numbers, please contact your banking institution.
